Meet Ava
Although a seemingly healthy girl, my "normal" became irregular bowel movements, digestive issues, inflammatory acne, irregular periods and low energy. All my labs were within normal limits and doctors recommended band aid solutions for each of my symptoms (including birth control for acne) and sent me away without any explanation. Deep down inside, I knew there had to be a better, easier solution to address these issues. Once I dove deeper into the world of functional nutrition, I was finally able to overcome my hormonal irregularities and dysregulated gut symptoms by addressing the root causes.
I now dedicate my practice to helping individuals regain control of their health and clear their skin, so they too can feel confident and beautiful once again.
